What types of services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of photography and videography services, including:
- Professional photography and videography
- Drone footage
- Content creation for social media
- Visual graphic projects for albums or other printed and digital printed materials (e.g., brochures, posters)
How to book?
Booking a photoshoot is easy. You can email us at info@vadymecaterina.com or send your request through the form on our website. Once in contact, we can also arrange a call on Google Meet to discuss what you're looking for on your big day.
Is there an agreement?
Yes, absolutely! 😊
We’ll send you a clear and detailed contract that outlines everything: services, timelines, payment terms etc, so you can feel confident and informed.
Once it’s signed, we’ll request the deposit ( usually 30% ) to officially secure your date.
How do payments work?
We require a deposit at the time of booking, usually between 30% and 50% of the total amount, depending on how far in advance the wedding is.
The next part of the balance is due before the wedding, and the final 15% is due after we deliver your sneak peek (the first 50 photos within 2–3 days after the wedding).
How long does it take to receive the material?
We totally understand the excitement of reliving your wedding day!
That’s why we always deliver a sneak peek of around 50 photos within 2–3 days: a curated selection that covers the entire day, so you get a real taste of your wedding story right away. 🥰
Then, we carefully select and edit a minimum of 50 images per hour of coverage. The full gallery will be ready within 30 days of your wedding.
As for the video part:
🎬 The video trailer will be delivered within 40 days,
🎞️ and the final film within 90 days.
Everything is crafted with care and we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
How many photos do you deliver and how?
We deliver approximately 50 post-produced photos for each hour of a wedding or event service. For other types of shoots, the number can be agreed upon based on your specific needs.
How do you deliver the material?
All photographic material is delivered through a personalized private gallery and an invitation to download all the files via secure platforms (e.g. Swiss Transfer or WeTransfer).
Can you create content for social media?
Absolutely! We can create Reels or short highlight videos using our iPhone during the day, giving you a fun, dynamic wedding memory that’s perfect for sharing with friends and family on social media! ✨
Are you willing to travel for work?
Of course! We absolutely love destination weddings and events! We're happy to travel anywhere in Italy! We've had the pleasure of capturing events in Venice, Lake Como, Ischia, Sondrio and more. When you contact us, let us know where your amazing destination wedding will take place, and together we'll find the best solution, including travel arrangements! 😊
How long do you keep our photos? Are they saved somewhere? What happens if we lose them?
Once the work is completed, we will send you the photos via the digital gallery linked to our website and a copy through Swiss Transfer. After that, we guarantee the storage of all your photos on our site for 2 months from the final delivery.
For the same period, a backup copy will be stored on an external Sandisk hard drive (one of the best in the industry, ensuring extra security).
